Delegated design and design-assist are reshaping how projects are delivered—offering opportunities for innovation, collaboration, and efficiency, but also creating new risks and responsibilities for subcontractors. This panel brings together a general contractor, specialty subcontractor, design professional, and insurance expert for a candid discussion about how these project delivery approaches work in practice. Panelists will explore each stakeholder’s expectations, how design responsibility is allocated, common pain points, and the contractual and insurance implications every subcontractor should understand.
