Managing your EMR and Workers' Compensation

Join STA, Stephenson & Brook, and Alliant for an informative, hands-on workshop focused on lowering your EMR and your workers’ compensation premiums.

The session will explain how the EMR is calculated and provide the tools to make a compelling explanation to help lower your EMR and assist in the prequalification process. Make sure to bring your most recent EMR with you. 

In addition, the program will provide mitigation strategies to help manage workers' compensation claims including return-to-work initiatives, first aid programs, proactive investigation, fraud detection, and more. Finally, attendees will learn about proactive incident management protocols, making sure your policies comply with the contractor's requirements.
